With more than 25 years of experience, he is the author of the book “Administración Profesional de Proyectos, la Guía” and creator of the ESCALA® Methodology, implemented in multiple corporations worldwide. As a consultant to the real estate industry in Mexico, he has advised companies, government and universities.
He earned a Civil Engineer degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and got a Masters in Science, Construction and Management Engineering from the University of Texas.

His leadership seeks to impulse the project potential to escalate the value of the real estate industry. He has served as a project director and operations director, leading teams and projects with the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology.
He earned an Architecture degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, is a certified Project Management Professional, and got an MBA from EGADE Business School.

With more than 17 years of experience as an interdisciplinary team leader in the touristic, industrial, business, commercial, mixed usage, and infrastructure industries, he stands out for his ability to handle simultaneous projects under high quality standards, oriented to achieving goals, and with a focus of fulfilling client’s expectations.
He earned an Architecture degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México, has a diploma in Construction Company Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Green Building Associate certification.

He has specialized in leading projects in the touristic industry nationwide and internationally, and with more than 15 years in the industry, his strongest skills are negotiation and strategic planning, which positively impact all the projects he is involved in.
He earned an Architecture degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, has a Masters in Project Management from UCI Costa Rica, and a Green Building Associate certification.

Vast experience in real estate industry and management of client portfolio and key accounts, developing construction projects in Mexico and the United States for institutional, industrial, and commercial industries, as well as road and bridges infrastructure for public and private sectors.
He earned a Civil Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he also got his Masters in Construction.
Juan Manuel Gurrola

With a 14 years career in construction projects, he is responsible for planning, directing and executing projects in the commercial, residential, and mixed usage industries. His leadership has a focus in management and control of factors in anticipating problems, give solutions, and correct decision-making for the success of the project.
He earned an Architectural degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and got a diploma in Project Management by the same university.

Thanks to his job, he has witnessed the creation of multi-constructions all around the country. Therefore, his interdisciplinary value in project management has been key in the success of this projects. His efficiency and comprehensive view allow him to be responsible of the project's evaluation as well as being able to elaborate and present budgets to clients or investors; he is also in charge of project planning, management, and execution.
He is a graduate architect from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. He also has a major in Construction administration in the same University.

Throughout 16 years his participation in different undertakings of great magnitude has made him an expert in project management. His contribution to the construction business can be seen in his projects planning which guarantee maximum efficiency in resources assignation, comprehensive global processes revisions of developments and optimal strategy creations for delivering projects on time, with high quality and within budgets established in the business model.
He is a civil engineer graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León; he has a Leed Gren Associate certificate given by the Green Building Certification Institute.
