With more than 30 years of experience, he is the author of the book “Professional Project Management, the Guide” and creator of the ESCALA® Method, a system implemented in multiple companies worldwide. As a benchmark in the real estate industry in Mexico, he has advised companies, government and universities.
He is a Civil Engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey and studied Master of Science, Construction Engineering and Project Management at the University of Texas.
His leadership seeks to boost the potential of projects to scale the value of the real estate industry. He has served as project director and operations director, leading work teams and projects with the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology.
He is an architect from Tecnológico de Monterrey, has a Project Management Professional certification and an MBA from EGADE Business School.
At ESCALA® he has been a member of the advisory board for 15 years and has recently been appointed as Chairman of the Board to support the strategy of the pioneer company in Project Management in Mexico.
With more than 29 years in the financial field, Ávalos was a member of the board of Invex Grupo Financiero and Regional Director of the Bank in MTY and the North zone. In 2013, together with three partners, he founded and is the Managing Director of Fibra Mty. He is also the founder, shareholder and director of Shopnet, a Fintech that in 2019 joined FEMSA Comercio as a shareholder.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate market, as well as a great knowledge of the office, commercial, industrial and mixed-use sectors of the industry, including their planning, structuring, marketing and operation.
He worked for 14 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he held various positions until becoming Executive Vice President. He was president of the Urban Land Institute Mexico from 2016 to 2018.
He has a history of more than 26 years in the financial stock markets, as well as extensive knowledge in asset management, investor relations, structuring of investment products and management before authorities on regulatory and structuring issues.
He was Director of Private Banking, Director of the Fund Operator and Director of Planning at Vector Casa de Bolsa.
Extensive experience in the real estate industry and management of client portfolios and key accounts, developing construction projects in Mexico and the United States for the institutional, industrial, commercial, as well as road and bridge infrastructure, public and private sectors.
He is a civil engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, an institution where he also studied a Master’s Degree in Construction.
His participation in various large-scale undertakings, over the course of 16 years, has made him an expert in project management in the mixed-use, urbanization and infrastructure sector. Its contribution in the world of construction is reflected in the planning of projects, guaranteeing maximum efficiency in the allocation of resources, the comprehensive review of the global development process and the optimal generation of strategies for the fulfillment of deliverables in time, quality. and budgets established in the business model.
He is a civil engineer from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León; He is Leed Gren Associate certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.

His ability to fully understand the needs of those involved, deep analysis in the development of any project and his ability to reconcile to maintain win-win relationships have allowed him to successfully lead project management, exceeding customer expectations. For more than 12 years he has led industrial and commercial projects in Mexico and the United States.
He is an architect from the Autonomous University of Coahuila and has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the European University of Monterrey.
He has 15 years of professional experience in different areas of the construction industry and the real estate sector in Mexico, mainly in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. During her professional career, she has developed skills in project planning, management and administration, through the coordination of work teams of different specialties.
He is a Civil Engineer from ITESM and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEA
As Manager of Business Development, Francisco Tijerina is in charge of ensuring the satisfaction of our clients from the first contact.
His education as a Civil Engineer from the Universidad Regiomontana and his more than 28 years of experience in the real estate and industrial markets allow him to clearly identify the needs of each project and, supported by the rest of the company, lead it to ultimate success.
